It has a solid screwed down case back secured with 4 screws, and a signed screw-down winding crown. The 39mm by 47mm two-body barrel-shaped curved tonneau solid case, integral lugs, and stepped bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black guilloche with "exploding" luminescent Arabic numeral hour markers, polished steel leaf-shaped hands with luminescent inserts, and a center sweep seconds hand with a red arrow tip and a spade-shaped counterbalance. There is an outer minute/seconds track with luminous white Arabic numerals every five minutes, and a red stick minute/second scale. There is a steel ringed circular date aperture at the 6 o'clock position, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. It has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 15.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Franck Muller Conquistador 8005 SC King has a mechanical automatic self-winding Franck Muller caliber 7000 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with fausses côtes embellishment, and it's constructed with 25 jewels, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, and 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Franck Muller Conquistador 8005 SC King was introduced in the 2000's.
