F.P. Journe Astronomic Souveraine, first introduced in 2019 and the most complicated wristwatch F.P Journe has ever produced, stainless steel case on an alligator strap with a matching stainless steel buckle, the watch is also delivered with a stainless steel bracelet giving the watch a unique and stunning look, brand new fully in-house manual wind FP Journe caliber 1619 movement made of 18k rose gold and includes 10 new patents, 40-hour power reserve, 18k white ruthenium coated white gold dial with silver guilloche sub dials, chiming minute repeater will sound the time on demand using the slider alongside the case, blued hour hand with a second time zone at 3 o'clock, large central rose gold minute hand, sapphire glass moonphase at 4:30, power reserve indicator at 6 o'clock, running seconds at 7:30, sideral time indicator at 9 o'clock (this is the time based on the rotation of the earth relative to the fixed stars rather than the sun), sunrise and sunset indicator at noon, the display back showcases the 60 second tourbillon along with the remontoir d'egalite, the annual calendar display (featuring the month, date, and signs of the zodiac), and the equation of time display (showing the difference between our civil time and true solar time) located on the case back, all complications set via the winding crown at 3 o'clock, sapphire crystal, diameter: 44mm, thickness: 13.7mm, this watch is accompanied by an amazing display box with spaces for additional buckles, sapphire glass, loupe, bracelet / straps, and additional movement parts specific to this watch. The watch was sold to us in unworn condition and was never put on its strap. Upon receiving the watch we noticed it required an adjustment and paid for a full service by F.P Journe in the amount of 25,000 CHF in Q1 / 2022 (receipt included). The original certificate is undated and was delivered to the original owner in 2021.
