Patek Philippe Perpetaul Calendar SECOND SERIES, 3945/1 3945/1G-013, 18k white gold case on an integrated 18 white gold bracelet, automatic Patek Philippe caliber 240Q movement, silver dial with day, date, month, leap year, moonphase, am/pm indicator, applied white gold stick indexes and white gold dauphine shaped hands, second series dial with cross on the leap year subdial which shows some patina, and comes with an additional snap on solid caseback which is rare for this reference. Diameter: 36mm, Thickness: 9mm. Excellent condition with Patek Philippe box (the interior of which has deteriorated), additional solid caseback, and papers dated 2002. The watch will currently fit approximately a 7-7 1/2" wrist.
