Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Split Second Chronograph 5004, 5004P, 5004P-021, platinum case on a strap with a platinum deployant buckle, the case is in immaculate original condition with bevels and hallmarks clear and bold, very rare variation with large stampings of the hallmarks found on the side of the lugs, very few examples observed with these hallmarks!, manual wind Patek Philippe 27-70Q movement with the Geneva seal, 60-hour power reserve, gorgeous silver dial with applied Arabic numeral hour markers, perpetual calendar function (English) with day, date, moon phase and leap year indicators, leaf hands. Diameter: 37mm, Thickness: 15mm. Like New and full set with original box, booklets, hangtag, additional solid caseback, stylus and original certificate dated 2002.
